Country Hotel, conferencing And resort

My name is Dr Sureshnee Devi Govender, and I recently held a Thanksgiving Celebration for my PHD qualification at Valverde, 5 Zwartkop Rd (M5), Lammermoor, Muldersdrift, Krugersdorp, South Africa. This function was organised in less than a month but the degree of organisation, professionalism and attention to detail really astounded me. I was astounded at the costs of the hotel rooms and the venue. My function was breathtaking and amazing. The staff went out of their way to ensure the success of the function and refused me to lift a hand and assist in any way. They treated me more like a member of their family than a customer. They worked tirelessly to ensure they met and exceeded all my expectations. Their friendliness and their willingness to go the extra mile to make sure that they satisfied my requests just left me speechless. The following staff under the guidance Brenda Kabantu (general manager) Mike, Mangina, Granny, Portia, Lucia, Charles, Sethu, Emanuel, Thandi, Memory, Staliko, Murendeni, Azwi, Katrina, Sasa,Thando, Norbet, Viol, Ndivhuwo, Philam Muckson, Jector were exceptional, dedicated and the commitment for ensuring a perfect function showed the love and passion they have towards their job. My friends and I were accommodated overnight at the venue and were enthralled by the opulent rooms at the Valverde Eco Hotel. The hotel was lovely, and the rooms were cozy, clean, neat and so comfortable and catered for our every need with exceptional hospitality. The amenities were top-notch and exceeded all expectations. Breakfast was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. My guests were enthralled with their lovely gardens, where their flowers were in full bloom, and the pictures were exquisite. I've organized an extensive number of events, but I haven't yet seen employees that have an outstanding and incredible attitude for their clients and guests. I have now decided that I will be using their hospitality to host all my future workshops, conferences and other events. Thank you Valverde, you were exceptional.
